Health, Safety and Environment (HSE 1)
Course Description
HSE Level 1 is an entry-level course aimed at creating awareness of health and safety principles in the workplace. It is ideal for individuals new to the workforce, especially in high-risk sectors, or those seeking foundational safety knowledge. The course introduces core safety concepts, personal protective equipment (PPE), basic emergency response, and the legal duties of employers and employees.

- Introduction to HSE principles and workplace safety culture.
- Common workplace hazards and how to recognize them.
- Importance and proper use of PPE (gloves, helmets, masks, etc.)
- Basic fire safety and first aid awareness.
- Emergency procedures and reporting incidents.
